Centerville Vol. Fire & Rescue is proud to honor the life of our fallen Brother from Hanover Fire-EMS. Unfortunately Assistant Chief Henri Moore, of Hanover Fire and Rescue, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2017, after a battle with cancer.

Assistant Chief Moore was diagnosed recently with an aggressive form of cancer. He has been a firefighter and paramedic for decades. He recently returned home after a brief hospital stay and was given a hero's welcome. He was a loving husband, father, and brother.

He will be greatly missed by his department, family, and all who knew him. His dedication to law enforcement and service to his community will never be forgotten.

Chief Moore you will be always on duty, riding along with us!!!! #HENRISTRONG
